- Your Name and Order Id on a piece of paper either laminated or within a plastic sheet to attach to your Peg
Refund Policy
Should any of the following circumstances occur:

Government border closures, preventing ticket holders from
attending;

State or Federal Government Health regulations determine the event
needs to be cancelled;

A ticket holder develops COVID-19 symptoms, or is refused entry at
the festival gate due to potential symptoms of COVID-19;
then ticket holders will be offered either:

a credit for entry to the 2023 festival

a full refund

We are a disability friendly event. We have a designated area including disability friendly facilities and access to performance venues, as well as a reserved camping area (caravan / rv incl.) with disability friendly hot showers and toilets right near the main entry to the event arena.

How to print your E-Tickets
To access, name and download your General Admission/VIP ticket/s, login to your Members Area , then:
- Click the “My Orders” Tab in your Members Area
- Click the “View Orders” Tab
- Click the “Name” button and name each ticket in the name of the person using it to gain entry to the festival
- Scroll down and click the “Download All” button OR the “Email PDF Tickets” button to either download or email your PDF E-Tickets
- Alternatively, you can also download tickets individually by clicking the “Download” button next to the individual ticket
Please ensure that you print all your E-tickets and bring them with you.
